Evolution of spiders has
been at least 400 million Years, Today, there are 42,473 described spider
species within the diverse phylum of anthropods. When we hear about
spiders the first thing that pops in our mind in the web, Although there are
few spiders that never spin web. some spiders make decoys of
themselves out of their webs. Some of these decoys are the same size as
the spider, and some are considerably larger—presumably to look scarier than
the spider itself. Scientists have even observed one spider shaking its web,
trying to make its decoy appear to move on its own. Amazingly, these decoys
actually work, and spiders that use them attract fewer predators. Above picture
was taken in coorg in a coffee estate not sure about the specie, i name
it Spiky Spider.
